1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using reachr.in you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use ReachR. These Terms are an electronic record and do not require a physical signature.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract. You confirm the information you give us is true and that you will keep it accurate. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that don’t meet these requirements.

3. What ReachR is

ReachR is a marketplace and intermediary that connects Creators (who fund campaigns) with Clippers (who post clips and earn from verified views). We are not a party to the content Clippers create, and we do not guarantee any particular result, income, or view count.

4. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done through your account.
• Accounts and KYC must be in your own real name — one person, one identity.
• Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud, or as required by law.

5. Identity & bank verification (KYC)

Before you can withdraw earnings you must complete KYC — verifying your PAN and bank account. You agree the details you provide are genuine and yours. We may withhold payouts, freeze, suspend, or close accounts where KYC fails, where information is false, or where required by our payment partners or law.

6. Creator terms

• Funding & escrow: a campaign’s budget must be funded in your wallet up front; it is held and released as verified views are delivered.
• Platform fee: ReachR charges a platform fee on campaign spend (currently 15%), shown to you at campaign creation.
• Review window: new campaigns are reviewed before going live (typically within 24 hours); we may reject or request changes to campaigns that break these Terms or our guidelines.
• Your content: you confirm you own or are licensed to use the assets and links you provide, and you grant the licence needed to run the campaign. You are responsible for the legality of your source material.
• Deposits are subject to a minimum and maximum amount.

7. Clipper terms

• Your clips must follow the campaign’s guidelines and required hashtags, comply with the rules of the platform you post on, and respect copyright.
• No view manipulation: bots, fake views, or paid/inauthentic engagement are strictly prohibited and will result in withheld earnings and account action.
• Clips are submitted by URL and may be reviewed before approval; we may reject clips that break guidelines, infringe rights, or appear fraudulent.
• You confirm you own any social account you link to ReachR.

8. Payments, fees, earnings & payouts

• Earnings are calculated from verified views (views ÷ 1,000 × the campaign’s reward rate), capped at the campaign’s maximum payout per clip.
• Approved earnings are paid on a recurring schedule (currently first on day 15, then every 4 days).
• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum, a first-withdrawal cap, and a withdrawal fee (currently 3% for Clippers).
• You are responsible for your own taxes; GST may apply to our fees and we may be required to deduct TDS on payouts.
• We do not guarantee any minimum views, earnings, or campaign performance.

9. View verification & fraud

We verify views using the platforms’ own data. We may adjust, withhold, reverse, or claw back earnings, and freeze or close accounts, where we detect fake or inflated views, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

10. Prohibited conduct

You must not: commit fraud or manipulate views; post illegal, infringing, hateful, or harmful content; impersonate others; create multiple or fake accounts; circumvent fees; scrape or attack the platform; or use ReachR for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.

11. Intellectual property

The ReachR platform, brand, and software are our property. Content created by users remains theirs, subject to the licences granted above for running campaigns and operating the service.

12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including any guarantee of earnings, views, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReachR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the months before the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify ReachR against claims arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Suspension & termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, or legal reasons. On termination, verified and undisputed wallet balances remain payable subject to KYC and these Terms; disputed or fraud-linked amounts may be withheld.

15. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing that, by arbitration in India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Consumer grievances are handled by our Grievance Officer.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; we’ll post the new version with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
